We partner with CAI’s Autism2Work (A2W) program. CAI A2W carefully matches qualified candidates on the autism spectrum with jobs in IT and business operations.

A2W manages the recruiting, selection, and training of autistic team members, and cultural integration, on-the-job supervision, skill development, and performance management at work.

This program, organized by Bender Consulting, provides professional work experience that leads to competitive employment for people with disabilities. Companies like ours provide marketable work experience for a period of 12 months. At HM Health Solutions, we have multiple team members who are now or were once enrolled in the Careers2B program.

As a Highmark Health rotational associate, you’ll enter the health care field with the chance to be accepted into the program months before you graduate. You’ll experience unique rotations over the course of two years to prepare you for a permanent role within the Highmark Health family.
