HM Health Solutions Achieves ISO9001:2008 for Output Services

PITTSBURGH (Feb. 16, 2016) — HM Health Solutions (HMHS), a subsidiary of Highmark Health, has received ISO9001:2008 certification for its output services, which include corporate print and transactional printing, mail, processing services and fulfillment. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a globally recognized standard that is designed to help organizations meet regulatory requirements.

By attaining ISO9001:2008 certification in its print facilities, HMHS continues to demonstrate its commitment to healthcare quality processes and superior customer service. With defined documented procedures, minimized risk due to increased efficiency, and continuous process improvements, customers can be assured that HMHS has met the highest level of regulatory compliance.
